Is UFC 113 Losing Steam?
By Jack Smith | February 4, 2010
Here are the rumored fights for UFC 113:
Lyoto Machida vs. Mauricio “Shogun” Rua
Josh Koscheck vs. Paul Daley
Patrick Cote vs. Alan Belcher
Kimbo Slice vs. Matt Mitrione
Sam Stout vs. Jeremy Stephens
TJ Grant vs. Johny Hendricks
Marcus Davis vs. Jonathan Goulet
Yoshiyuki Yoshida vs. Mike Guymon
Well now two of the fights rumored for UFC 113 have been moved to UFC 114. These aren’t just any fights these are two fights fight fans have become more interested in.
Quinton “Rampage” Jackson vs. Rashad Evans
Forrest Griffin vs. Antonio Rogerio Nogueira
So I would easily say UFC 113 is losing steam and isn’t going to be as good as originally anticipated. Of course this doesn’t mean UFC 113 won’t be good. I think UFC 113 still has some good fights, but it’s not going to be nearly
as entertaining or interesting as it was before. However I think a good bit of the anticipation has now moved from UFC 113 to UFC 114. More people are becoming interested in UFC 114 now instead of UFC 113.
Here are the rumored fights for UFC 114 so far:
Quinton “Rampage” Jackson vs. Rashad Evans
Forrest Griffin vs. Antonio Rogerio Nogueira
Diego Sanchez vs. John Hathaway
Todd Duffee vs. Mike Russow
Efrain Escudero vs. Dan Lauzon
Aaron Simpson vs. TBA
So what do you think, is UFC 113 losing steam/excitement? Which event is shaping up to be the better event in your opinion?
